Please be aware that we have received complaints from homeowners in regard to seeing rats and other rodents in their yards and inside their homes. One of the leading causes is feeding of birds. The policy that outlines CHOA’s feeding of wildlife can be found in the Information Directory, Page 29. As of June 1, 2022, the Charbonneau Country Club has also adopted a similar policy in regard to prohibiting the feeding of wildlife. Please contact Steve Chinn at (503)682-0234 with any questions.
