An inspection of CHOA Chimneys was done and a letter will be sent out to residents in late Spring if the outside of the chimney is in need of cleaning.
Per CCC and CHOA General Maintenance rules, Homeowners are responsible to properly maintain their residence at their own expense.

Thank you for reminding about this. It is greatly appreciated by neighbors who have to look at the chimneys in need of cleaning. As an aside, when I had mine cleaned I also had it inspected and found the grout between the bricks in need of repair. Once that was done, thw bricks should be sealed annually.

If you have not had your chimney cleaned and especially if you use your fireplace a lot, it is a good idea to have the inside inspected and cleaned
