Charbonneau Homeowners Association Summary Board Annual Meeting Minutes, April 30, 2020
Call to order: 3:00 PM
Members Present: Barry Hendrix, Randy Hitz, Karen Siegel, Janet McGarrigle, Ken Gregson, Sandie Maki, Parkard Phillips, Robin Shultz, Doug Parker

Review and Accept Vote on the Minutes for last year’s Annual Meeting
128 approved (unanimous)
Two corrections to the annual meeting minutes for 2019 noted on the Annual Ballots turned in:
- Information Directory lists Jan Landis. should be Janet McGarrigle
- Correct spelling for Norene Quaam (not Noreen)
Phyllis Haugh provided the following comment:
We do not need a change in the speed limit: We need a place for people to walk & take their dogs. A walkway along the golf cart path that is screened would be a safe walking place. It would improve the livability allowing all member to enjoy the golf course.

Randy Hitz and Barry Hendrix were unanimously elected to their positions.
Rec Hall C Bathroom upgrade
Proposal by College Hill Homes was accepted. Verhaalen Painting will assist with painting. The work will be completed by June.
