As you know, the Board of CHOA has proposed two changes to our CCRs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions). One is for a change to the Paint Trust and the other for the Alarm System Monitoring. Each Household was mailed the details of these proposals along with a letter from the Board explaining the rationale behind the recommendations.
Each household got Ballot in the Mail for your vote. We encourage everyone to Vote for these measures. If you lost or misplaced your Ballot, please let us know and we can provide you with another one. Please drop in the CHOA Drop Box on the corner of Boones Bend and Fairway Drive by Monday at 6:00 pm Please note that we want to hear from you and need your response.
